The RASE House Programs are therapeutic recovery houses for women in early recovery. RASE House carries out our mission by providing comprehensive services to empower women to become productive, self-sufficient members of society. There are RASE Houses in Harrisburg and Carlisle.

The Buprenorphine Coordinator Program is an innovative program designed to ensure that individuals receiving buprenorphine from their physicians are also involved in outpatient drug and alcohol counseling and other services they need to succeed. Recovery Support Specialists monitor clients for an indefinite period of time until they are firmly established in the recovery process. This program currently services Cumberland, Dauphin, Lancaster, Lebanon, Perry, York, Adams, Franklin, and Fulton counties. In July 2010, the RASE Buprenorphine Coordinator Program was selected by NIATx and SAAS to receive an iAward for its outstanding innovative practice. The Buprenorphine Coordinator Program was awarded the COMCARE Award in November 2011.

Recovery Specialist Program is designed to assist individuals who are in treatment and in need of one-on-one, recovery coaching to assist them to overcome the obstacles that keep them from succeeding in the recovery process. The RSP assists individuals who chronically relapse and struggle to complete treatment, to stay in treatment and remain in sustained recovery. Participants in the RSP are matched with a Recovery Specialist who meets with them regularly, accompanies them in their environments, assists them to navigate through life's difficulties, and shares the skills necessary to live successfully and remain in sustained recovery. All services offered through the RSP are directed at improving and increasing participants' recovery capital, level of life functioning, and ability to sustain recovery. This program is aimed primarily at individuals on Medical Assistance and serves Lebanon, Lancaster, Dauphin, Cumberland and Perry Counties.

RASE of Carlisle is located at 8 South Hanover Street. This program started in July 2005 and has steadily expanded its services. RASE of Carlisle facilitates the speaker's bureau, In My Own Words, an initiative of the Carlisle Area Health and Wellness Foundation. The speaker's bureau was created to reduce the stigma associated with addiction, recovery and co-occurring disorders. Our speakers are individuals in recovery who share their own personal stories of addiction and recovery highlighting the joys and achievements they have experienced during the recovery process. RASE of Carlisle also provides professional training workshops, Recovery Support groups, Recovery Planning, and Recovery Coaching.

RASE of Lancaster is located at 130 East Chestnut Street and offers Buprenorphine Coordination of Care, Recovery Planning, Recovery Coaching, Recovery Support groups, the Recovery Specialist Program, positive social events, training, and Recovery 101 for individuals new to the recovery process.
