Donna M. Siluk, Ph.D. is a Certified Kundalini Yoga Instructor, Progressive Health Consultant, Ordained Minister, Reiki & Karuna Ki Master/Teacher, and EFT & EMF Practitioner. She has been teaching Kundalini Yoga since 2006.  She is retired from the State of Connecticut after 20+ years of service in administrative capacities. Her passion is Kundalini Yoga, and her life's purpose is awakening and sharing this yoga with you.
