Kim Johnson, Director of The Center for Substance Abuse Treatment (CSAT) adivision of SAMHSA, in Washington addresses  The Co-Occurring Collaborative Serving Maine at  its annual organizational meeting, Building Community Response to the Opioid Crisis.
